For the past 4 years in that wonderful establishment, Lenôtre, Fabrice Brunet has been in charge of the creative workshops.

Fabrice Brunet's career began in Mayenne by a conventional training programme:
CAP/BEP in catering,
CAP in Service and a vocational baccalauréat in catering.
At the age of 19, after his studies, he had the urge to move away, the desire to learn more about his trade and push himself further. It was the start of a long journey.

- Romorantin Young chef's trophy (organised by Le Chef competition)

- MOF cuisine
